Dream Bakery is a family-owned bakery founded in the U.S. by Ukrainians who believe that great baking starts with heart, tradition, and care. 
Our story brings together different parts of Ukraine — the west and the south — and turns them into one shared table. Alex, a food technologist trained by a French pastry chef, focuses on artisan bread and naturally fermented loaves and authentic, hand-laminated croissants, made with precision and respect for classic techniques. Al, who followed her passion for baking and trained with Ukrainian pastry chefs, creates warm, vibrant desserts made with real fruits, berries, and thoughtfully sourced ingredients. 
At Dream Bakery, we blend family traditions with modern craftsmanship. Everything we bake is meant to feel comforting, honest, and made with love — the kind of food you slow down for, so every bite feels a little like home.
